All products bought online at VOUT.com include customs duties and taxes. So if you pay for delivery in the EU, China or USA you will not be asked for any extra money for customs clearance, making it super easy to order from VOUT.com.
**Note some countries might not accept Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and therefore we will need to fulfil the order another way.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Buying luxury and premium vintage can be a large investment and we want you to be 100% delighted with purchase. So VOUT.com are one of very few vintage clothing companies online to accept refunds for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received it with proof of purchase.
In order to make a return, you must first contact info@vout.com that you want to return an item and the team will contact you to process the return quickly and hassle-free.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any shipping charges for returned items and the customer will need to organise and pay for this themselves.
